As a policy NutraSphere does not accept return of any products unless they are physically damaged/ spoiled during transit. Once the seal is broken we will not accept the return of products.

You understand that no disputes can be raised with respect to billing, order, return, refund due to incorrect data entered by you.

Exclusive Products that are part of special offers, festive offers or available as part of a limited stock sale cannot be returned. All such products shall be marked separately so as to notify the customer of their return status.

Steps to Initiate Return:

You have 3 calendar days to intimate us (via email) about the return of an item from the date you received it, in case of physical damage/spoilage. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once the seal is broken or the sachets are
found in open condition, we will not accept the return of products.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send us an email at, mentioning your purchase details and photo of the damaged item. If found valid, we will acknowledge your email with a response and initiate the return courier through our logistics partner.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will contact you to get your bank account details so that we can transfer the refund amount.

The refund amount (less courier charges) will be credited to your bank account within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s policies.

For international returns, you accept to bear all the applicable taxes, duties and government charges as applicable, over and above the courier charges.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If the payment is withdrawn/cancelled/incomplete/not processed due to any reason, the order(s) will be considered as cancelled from our end. No orders are accepted without payment.


We provide shipping through our logistics partner, Zepo Courier. As a promotional effort we are currently providing Free Shipping to any location in India. Typically, we are able to deliver in most locations within 4-5 Days. Whilst every effort is made to adhere to this, there may be instances where shipment may take longer than that. We hope you will bear with us.

For faster delivery, do place your orders by 9 am and we will endeavour our best to have it delivered within the mentioned timeline. Track your Order through our website and in case of any inordinate delays, do inform us at your earliest convenience.

All orders are processed for delivery in T+1 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For international shipments, you accept to bear the cost of all taxes, duties and government charges as applicable for return logistics from your geographical zone.


Certain products or services may be available exclusively on the website for short periods or through special/limited/seasonal schemes or offers.

These products or services may have limited quantities and will not be returned or refunded once sold.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
